【Tip 3】　Metal Upa

“Upa” is a mascot character that appears in a popular anime that depicts an online battle (雷ネット翔（らいねっとかける)). Sold as capsule toys, the Metal Upa is quite rare.

【Tip 4】　Alpaca Man

Enjoy sending messages to Alpaca Man through the attached microphone in the game, ALPACA MAN 2. The game was released 10 years ago and Okabe bought it cheap for 500 yen. The characters face looks like the old familar 『シー○ン』. [Lol, don’t ask)

【Tip 5】　Houoin Kyouma

Okabe Rintarou is his real name. This one is his “Mad Scientist” name that he gave himself. It’s really awesome.

【Tip 6】　Steins Gate Selection

Okabe had an immense thought in his brain, he murmured the phrase when he was met with an event he couldn’t understand. ”Steins” in German means Stone and “Gate” means Door. Through this, Okabe calls it the “Stone Door of Destiny”. (Need help with the first bit).

【Tip 7】　Future Gadget #1

The Future Gadgets are inventions created by the members of the Institute of Future Gadgets. Most of them are are simply for demonstration purposes or gimmicks, such as number one, which is a TV remote that looks like a toy gun.

【Tip 8】　Landlord

The landlord, Tennouji Yuugo, of the building that the Institute Of Future Gadgets is currently renting out. He loves CRT TV’s and currently runs a shop from the first floor of the building selling these TVs and parts for them. Okabe calls him “Mr. Braun”.

【Tip 9】　Hostage

The reason Mayuri is always with Okabe. Mayuri continues to call herself a “hostage”, though the original meaning of this word is different. Don’t worry about it too much, she’s just being immature and strange.

【Tip 10】　Phone Microwave  (Pending)

The Phone Microwave (Temporary) (電話レンジ（仮）) is the name given by Okabe  for a microwave that could be remote controlled by a cellphone, which was supposed to have been Future Gadget #008. Modifications to it by July 28, 2010 resulted in it being capable of sending small materials into the past, as well as cellphone mails. This is because the modified microwave generates micro-black holes that open up in the past depending on the activation timer.

【Tip 11】　Jelly Banana

The jellyfied bananas are a result of going through the Phone Microwave. After pressing a certain number on the microwave, the bananas rotated counter-clockwise. The symptoms of going through this process can clearly be seen. Why this happens is not yet known.

【Tip 12】　University Lectures

Okabe and other University students were together today to attend a seminar and earn credits for the ATF (Akiba Techno Forum)

【Tip 13】　Mail Sent Three Times

The emails that were sent to Daru to inform him that Chris had been killed. The mail was shown as being sent a week ago, when it was really only hours before that Okabe sent the messages. The mail was also split up into three messages, and along with the timestamps, this leads Okabe to believe they were sent from the future.
