Mr. Braun
The landlord is called Mr.Braun because ‘Braun’ is a reference to ‘Ferdinand Braun’ who invented CRTs,which makes sense as the landlord sells CRT TVs.
In Japan and Germany they sometimes refer to CRTs as Braun tubes.
